"My stay was great but couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, the temp throughout the hotel was really warm. I generally prefer warmer temps but this was too warm, especially for June. Second I was charged a lot for my room and I learned from non-US colleagues they had rooms for far less. I’m not sure if they change the price if you book from a US VPN?"

"The air-con in the room wasn’t working and the staff did not respond via the chat tool. I finally found someone in the host’s office and the only option was a fan provided by the hotel. As there were no rooms. The host also said this was known issue for certain rooms and that I should check the next day for a possible change of room but did not take down information or offer any further help. The hotel also failed to mention that there is only one working lift which means wait times of up to 5 minutes at busy times. The room was mostly clean but the floor had stains on it. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful. There was cold drinking water machine for guests to fill up your own bottke and bring away with you. My room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Everything is working well in the room and we had great sleep. Not too far from city centre but very easy to access with public transportation. There are many good restaurants in the area, real excellent food, not a tourist trap like city centre. Fantastic stay!"

"Great location, very clean and a nice place to stay but no fridge or coffee/tea facilities in the room (which we’d have liked). The lifts could be a bit annoying, but fine if you’re patient. We’d stay again now we know what to expect."
