"Aircon was broken in room, was advise when booking in, was given small fan heater and extra blanket, however fan heater was useless and noisy. No compensation offered or another room when your sign stated you had vacancies."

"The room was excellent, service was accomadating and pleasant. realise there is some things that need to fix but all is in hand as I understand ( wifi and restaurant) I would have liked a bitmore water pressure for the show ( Room 10) all the complaints are minor and a easy fix. Location is superb. ..."
