"While our stay was pleasant overall, the bathroom in our room requires some attention. The door is quite difficult to shut and requires a firm push to close completely. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. "Check in was quick and friendly. We had our dog so we were put in one of the designated "pet rooms"; that made me a little worried that it would be dirty, but it wasn't at all! Room, bed, linens, and bathroom were all spotless. The fridge and microwave were good to have as well. The pet relief area was right outside our room, equipped with pick up bags and a trashcan. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!"
