"I have had to stay here twice due to my mother being hospitalized in the area. The young lady at the front desk assisted me both times. She is a very sweet and caring person. Being tired and nervous both times, her smile and willingness to help made things a little easier. The beds are awesome, very clean."

"Even though an employee from earlier in the day used my information to check-in a different guest who had a different name than mine, the more attentive employee who checked me in was able to switch out our information and get it fixed. I even was given a complimentary room upgrade. Thank God she was there because she couldn't reach the manager who was on call. She problem solved the issue fairly quickly."

"The staff was friendly and the room was a good amount of space and clean. The only problem was the pool was closed during our stay because the thermostat was broken. So if having access to the pool is important, you should call the hotel to make sure it’s fixed before booking."

"Clean and spacious room, clean lobby, clean and orderly breakfast, a clean and orderly operation overall. Also, the exceptional customer service of the staff, especially the general manager. I love watching the general manager at work. She has a hands-on management style. It’s her competence that shows in every aspect of the hotel’s performance!!! I can’t wait to stay there again!!!"
