"Staff cleaning rooms were unpleasant and argued about giving us towels even though we only had 2 for 4 people. Went to pure ocean for lunch and we were the only people there but staff were unfriendly, seemed disinterested in providing service. Took forever to get drinks and menus and food was super ..."

"I liked the hotel a lot, spacious oceanfront room and housekeeping was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good at restaurants. Pool need some music, that’s what I’m used to, but overall nice pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
