"No where to park nearby started our trip badly. The reception was crowded and took ages to check in. Room OK. Bar service was terrible. I was charged £22 for premium gin as they had run out of house gin but failed to tell me before they pored my drink."

We got a room which was a downgrade for what we actually paid for was told that night that they couldn't help and had to wait until the morning, we wait until the morning was told that we couldn't have a refund because we'd actually stayed in the room even though we had no other ..."
