"Everything was perfect the staff was great, the property was well maintained the room was awesome. I like the quietness of the motel very pleasant stay until i paid for two days directly at the counter using my chime card the transaction went through. The money was taken out of my account i went to pay for another day they took 116.00 cash for that day and i was going to pay the remaining 50.00 balance on my card for that days rate. They tried to recharge me the 301.47 transaction again stating i hadn't paid which is incorrect. I called my bank they said the transaction is on the merchants end and the forced me to check out in turn also keeping my 116.00 for no reason. Not only was i spoken to like i was an idiot they kept 116.00 of which they weren't entitled to and treated me like i had stolen from them. Now everyday they numerous times a day keep trying to run my card for unauthorized transactions in various amounts. They keep saying that the money will be returned to my card i only want my 116.00 cash that was taken returned and for them to stop fraudulently trying to run my debit card for unauthorized transactions. When i called they said it was there system rebooting but it repeatedly everyday and different amounts at different times. Up until this happened it was a great experience. Its appalling that this is happening im curious to see what the final outcome is going to be with the 301.47 they say i never paid but i did. I had stayed over a wee and would have cont."
