La profondeur de la piscine 1.2 est trop basse. Nous nous attendions a un hôtel ayant plus da standing. Pas de peignoir, pas de chausson dans les chambres .... Hôtel vieillissant situé dans la forêt donc agréable pour randonnee. Avantage du bus 4 qui dépose en ville. Petit dej simple Personnel agréable ...

Tout etait tres bien. Pet friendly !!! Petit bemol sur les équipements dans la chambre. Pas de bouilloir ou cafe pour un 4 etoiles… Et il faut absolument revoir la buttée de porte dans la salle de bain dangereuse surtout pieds nus…

2eme séjour au Chateau d'Urspelt et je vous avoue avoir cette fois un petit qqch à redire. Chambre magnifique, propreté irréprochable. Par contre niveau service y a à redire. Alors que nous mangions à 14h une planche à partager, le garçon est venu nous débarrasser alors que nous n'avions pas fini ...

The hotel is just situated above a petrol station, they don’t really accurately display that in the photos. The curtains weren’t great for keeping light out either.
