"This property is nice. It is clean on outside, inside halls and inside the bedrooms.
The beds and pillows are comfortable good sized rooms.
My gripe is that I have been over charged for the room.
I checked in at 2:36am Sat, Aug 8th. We were out of the room by a few minutes after 11am. I was initially charged for the room using Expedia prices, great.
Then there appears a second charge on Sunday for another day stay. This second charge is almost 100% more than the first night (almost double the price of original night). I did not specify two nights, only one night when first checked in, as it shows on my initial email. I am attempting to contact the hotel to remediate this but as of right now they charged me for two nights. I remember there was some issue when first checking in, where the assistant behind the desk had to assist. I believe this was a mistake and hope this gets remediated. Which I will come back to this hotel again in the future."
