"The 2 room suite was bigger and better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking. The staff were friendly. The kitchenette was well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable. The fireplace was a nice addition. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again"

"Reserved a King room with a step-in shower. Furniture is very well used. Even in the lobby the upholstered chairs are worse for wear. None of the sitting chairs in the room were comfortable and the beds' wood frame sounded like pop rocks any time we sat or moved. No bugs BUT...Mattress is aged out, mattress topper is raged with old linens; all of which need replacement. The A/C worked well and despite dirty old carpet it smelled okay thanks to the room/air freshener the cleaners use. Breakfast...

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back for another visit"

"I was not happy with my stay, the extra blanket they had in the room was ripped & dirty. No room service after 10:30pm I had to send my daughter to the front desk to get a blanket for the room. Overall it was not worth paying $140 for one night"

"Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again."

"Overall great experience"

"I booked 4 nights here thru Expedia. I stayed 2 nights, and both mornings I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed in my room. I checked out after two nights and requested a refund for the unused two nights. Hotel wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because I booked thru Expedia. Expedia wouldn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights because the hotel wouldn’t approve a waiver. I was not offered a different room or any other possible solution. I left this hotel and made alternate...

"There was a definite funky smell on the fifth floor. Not at all in the lobby . There were a few hairs in the bathtub. There isn’t a rack to hang your clothes in, or blankets to add. Still it was a reasonable pice, breakfast was fine. No ice at the buffet, but they did have sugar free syrup. Nice touch. Usually have to ask for it and half the time they don’t have any. Overall a good B+"

"Nice campground. It is close to all the attractions in the area."

"As a Senior citizen an elevator is important and we checked in and was told it was so not operating but find out it was working was a difficult thing to happe. We will not use that property again"

"Front desk was nice, location is very good, but hotel needs updating badly. Would not stay there again unless no choice..."

"We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!"
