"We loved our stay at CitizenM Worldcenter! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, lots of places to walk to nearby as well as public transportation. "Okay so first things first the property is in prime location in Miami. You can't get better than this because I didn't even need to rent a car I used lyrt and uber for my week stay and was okay. The room was clean and modern and the bedrooms were really nice. Some of the amenities are a bit strange. You also cannot get housekeeping until 3 days back to back of staying which is... odd. "The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. "Second time staying there. Great location if you are in downtown Miami, but more importantly, staff was very helpful. My daughter left her bag with wallet and keys, and the hotel retrieved it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to stay at a place where the staff is honest and helpful. Rooms are very large, and they have everything you need including a full kitchen. but we ate at the poolside restaurant/bar and the food was great. Thank you to the team at the Elsner."

"Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "

"We booked with guaranteed free parking in the price, but once we got there the host told us it was full and we had to pay to park, the host was rude and unhelpful about it. Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. I dont reccomend to anyone !"

"Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly.
