"The staff was negligent at best. It started when I called and was told that the staff would not help me because I booked my stay with Expedia. Once I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and informed where my room was located. During check in the lobby was full of children running around. I have children and was not concerned in the moment. Once I accessed my room. I quickly noticed I was within feet of the not so quiet lobby. The children ran the halls screaming and knocking on doors of the...

"Tv didn’t work the entire stay. Called the front desk and when maintenance came up they said it always goes out in any kind of weather besides a sunny day. Called front desk back and Alberto said I’d have to speak to the GM about it, there’s nothing he can do. The problem will be fixed in two weeks. Construction was being done on the rooms next door from me from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. Light bulbs was blown out, pot holes all over the facility outside.. Parking horrible. Never again."

"This was a choice after a concert we attended at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre which was like 10 minutes from this location. The shopping mall is 30 minutes, Yale is 20 minutes away also. Breakfast was good."

"The staff was helpful and friendly but there was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked there but it was at least mostly clean. There were burn holes in the blanket and strange sticky goop stuck to the floor. The shower didn't get very hot but was warm enough to use. I also didn't like that there was only one entrance. It was not very convenient. Rooms weren't very sound proof either so I could hear tvs around me."

"The wonderful woman who did breakfast in the morning was such a delight to wake up to. It is so nice to have someone so warm and kind to speak with and help you with your breakfast first thing in the morning. I stayed there at a rough point and she, just by being her, helped me through those few days. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and welcoming as well from the front desk staff to housekeeping. Room was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected when needed and help was...

"Rooms are large designed well. The breakfast area was perfect. Everything was so clean. The only thing I missed is you usually have some sort of hand lotion that was the only thing missing."

"Everything was great- from staff to food to rooms"

"All in all a good stay, well maintained property and comfortable space. Will plan to stay there again in the future"
