"Room was OK. Pretty comfortable, but definitely has been used a lot & whole property could use an upgrade. The restaurant on the grounds was terrible. I don't advise eating there. The check-in at the front desk was wonderful & the people were very friendly. The whole property could use a re-vamp for sure!"

"My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well. The complimentary breakfast was also nice, I highly recommend especially if you're looking for a safe, cleanliness motel with front desk people who are friendly & Personable."

"Staff was wonderfully welcoming and friendly at check in. Room was spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room near and exit door and stairwell door- so that was noisy but I had a box fan that worked to get rid of the noise. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Coffee was delicious! "

"We actually stayed at this property 2 weekends in a row, while I had 2 broken legs. The property manager was very accommodating when I asked for a ground floor room. In fact, she saw our reservation for the second weekend we were there, and put us in a handicap accessible room so I could get around easier. The check-in/out processes were very easy and quick. We won’t hesitate to stay at this location in the future."

"The remodel was very nice but I cannot say the same for the bathroom. The shower doors were dirty with brown gunk between the shower doors. Unless you’re planning on using their soap and shampoo, you are out of luck. There are no dishes or landings for any of your personal stuff inside the shower. We were given 2 half rolls of toilet tissue and an empty box for Kleenex. Just poor housekeeping. "
