"Staff was super nice and told us about free ubers to the hospital, gave us free water because we had been walking back and forth to the hospital. The only issue I had is when I extended my stay I was told to come down in the morning checkout and check back into my same room. Ended up having to call my wife back from the hospital so we can move all our stuff into a different room with smaller beds. There was nothing they could do. Besides that hiccup, it was great and would stay again."

"We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."

But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything."

"The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. "Parking was ok, air conditioning was good. The room and linen was dirty. Staff was cordial I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. Everything was dirty even when I asked for clean towels they were not clean."

"The staff here was fantastic, the location was excellent to shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to, but the hotel is just in need of refresh, smelly dirty carpet in room, paint and furniture showed extreme wear and tear.
