"Hotel is in a great location! Super clean and nice. The bed was really low to the ground, so if you have any issues with getting up from low furniture, this is not the place for you. Biggest problem we had was that we didn't fully complete the pre-check in application (even though I received an email that it was complete). Therefore, I never received the necessary codes to enter the building and my room. This delayed us a solid (very stressful) hour. If that hadn't happened, I would have given it 5 stars."

"When I entered the room on a hot day it was freezing cold and I had to fuss with thermostat several times to find a comfortable temperature. I didn’t like the way you had turn on the shower while standing in cold water waiting for the water to get hot. The sink stopper was stuck in the down position and the lift lever was not easy to find. The bulb in one of the floor lamps was burned out so I had to swap out the bulb with another bulb to make the bedside lamp usable. The breakfast eggs and tater tots were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I somehow missed the fact that parking was $24 per day."

"This was the second time that I stayed at The Inn on Negley, and once again it was an incredible experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, with a special shout out to Eva. Her enthusiasm and hospitality was the highlight of our stay, and I can’t thank her enough for everything. We can’t wait to return!"
