"The desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was, meh. Everything felt damp.. floor, sheets, pillows. Everything. We did not use the pool or gym but did have breakfast. It was what you expect with a continental breakfast. Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of order but these things happen."

"This is a time share property and even if you are there having booked a hotel stay paying a full hotel price they will make it time share uncomfortable for you. Having spent a full half hour checking in, a significant amount of that time waiting for their time share staff to be available to give you your hotel keys I had finally had enough and told them how unacceptable this was and for the front desk staff to just give me the key. "The room had a musty smell. We had to ask to switch rooms. We switched, and the smell was even worse in that room. We got air freshener from the front desk. Everything just seemed old.
