"The property is really close to the beach with a golf cart + private beach access, and it looks like the listing. But there are many improvements needed.. overall the property is lacking maintenance ☹️ Kitchen is lacking basic essentials such as almost all knives are rusty or no salt. There was also lots of mold on the refrigerator ice dispenser. We saw three different live cockroaches and found that the trash bin smelled very bad + had tons of maggots from the accumulating trash."

"Great house. Minutes away from the beach. The pool next door was great for the kids, and the golf cart is very useful. Only complaint is there is no indoor stairwell from the first floor to the second floor, but it’s only a minor inconvenience. Would love to come again."

"This house is well maintained and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of five. There is definitely room for more people too. Each room has its own bathroom which makes getting ready for outings much easier. The house is located in the seacrest beach section of Rosemary Beach and is only a five minute walk to pool and 10 minute walk to beach.
