"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Destin Florida Miramar. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the standards I expect from the Embassy Suites brand. The hotel was advertised as being on the water, which it is not. Additionally, the pool was closed for the majority of our stay during spring break, which is completely unacceptable given that this is one of the busiest times of the year. To make matters worse, the water was shut off for two separate nights during our stay. The hotel was completely sold out, yet management still chose to conduct maintenance during peak spring break season, which significantly impacted the guest experience. I typically do not request refunds, but due to the number of issues we experienced, I believe compensation is warranted in this situation.
