"First room we had was dirty, the room we moved to was better but it is very outdated and they didn't have enough pillows to give us one for the pullout sofa. Smoke alarms went off at 1:45AM and we had to evacuate the building. The fire department determined it was a faulty smoke detector in one of the rooms. They have cameras in the hallways and the wiring is just stapled to the ceiling and the walls, the place looks very shady. We left after the first night, we were supposed to stay two...

"The Lucie was Amazing, Joey checked us in and he was wonderful, excellent Customer Service! Our Bartender Gina was AWESOME, she made our Anniversary so special again Excellent Customer Service! We had a great breakfast and was lucky enough to have Michelle wait on us, she was so nice and did a great Job! Our room was so Beautiful and the bed was so compy - The Lucie is a Jem we LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend this Hotel at all my Family and Friends! The Staff were Amazing, we will be going...

"We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. "

"The room was very clean and neat and staff was very pleasant. Parking was easy also. Breakfast needs a little modifying and maybe add some orange juice that’s regular orange juice and not out of a machine would be nice"

"Breakfast was good. Bd the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of parking available. The room is clean and the pool is not big but no one really uses it so we had it to ourselves. "

"Same moldy mildew smell in the room no WiFi at all and a non chalet staff that didn’t seem to give a hoot and argued with me on stuff I complain so I will be staying elsewhere even if I have to pay a higher price. This property has gone down hill since I started staying there two years ago and continues to get worse each visit"

"This hotel is one that I have stayed at before and I will continue to stay at again. It is clean, the staff is wonderful, always happy and ready to help in any way. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate free all day long. Breakfast is great, and the pool area is great. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. Love this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
