"How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. "I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "
