"The heaters in the rooms were fantastic and the bathroom dryer was wonderful to dry hair and clothing. The washer/dryer combo with detergent included for a load was soooo spectacular! Our view of the sunrise over the lake was a highlight to our trip. The dining staff (Madeline and Colton) were exceptionally accommodating with our dietary needs and gave us recommendations for a winery! The chef did a great job to make our meals work for us. "We booked last minute and we weren’t disappointed. The staff are friendly and it was located in the heart of Wanaka within walking distance to restaurants. We had a campervan and parked on the property at the front. Parking is on a first come basis. The place is cozy."

"We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...
