"Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. ..."
