"The desk employee at night shift is the best, courteous, professional"

"Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. My room smelled like old socks and it took a while for the air to work in my room."

"Location and price were good. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times previously. It used to be in much better condition than it is now. Was never awesome but much cleaner in the beginning. Sadly even though the price is reasonable I will be giving up this hotel"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a great experience!"

"Room was not at all like the pictures and I had to clean the vents in the heat/AC unit myself because they were so filled with dust and dirt no air was moving. "This is one of the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at, I dare to say the actual best! It was clean. The amenities were fabulous. The staff was wonderful. The freshly popped popcorn and freshly baked cookies were amazing! The beds were comfortable and the room was amazingly clean. We stayed on the fourth floor and the hallways were clean and...

"The room had a smell to it. The bathroom tiles were ready to fall off. You could see there was mildew all around the bottom of the shower. The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The towels have seen better days. It's unfortunate, because entering the hotel is very nice. The lobby is clean and updated. Only wish so were the rooms, at least the one we stayed in."

"Nice place with nice workers and good breakfast as well"

"The room smelled like smoke, floor was dirty."
