"Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food."

"Cute little place and a great value. It had everything we needed. Very walkable to restaurants and the University of Dayton. "

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."
