"Ok beautiful hotel but somewhat strange. You are not close to town yet there is no bar area or restaurant in the whole place? Exceptional decorated lobby and many areas to get together but without food/bar just not used by anyone in when we were there. You felt like you were in a quiet spa not a hotel. They do serve an excellent breakfast though."

"I called the hotel before I drove there in evening and was told I did not have a booking. I had to check in to a different hotel. Wyndham Southbury charged my card as if I had stayed there and has not yet refunded me!!"

"Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Parking/access was easy and stress-free. Anyone with bad allergies keep in mind that this is out in the country - grass/hay, farms around etc. This is a big part of what we enjoyed about it but we know it can be a problem for some people."

"This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right."
