It’s one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. All the decorations and furniture are so well designed and maintained. The room is clean and spacious. I couldn’t like it more!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Hazeltine!! Catherine was so kind and the suite was amazing. We had lots of fun in the billiards room and exploring the town which is only a short walk away. We definitely plan to come back again :)
Loved our stay in this historic mansion BnB overlooking the Allegheny R. Room was excellent. Breakfast wonderful. The host was so hospitable. This place was a highlight of our road trip. The historic European antiques and decor is amazing.
This is one of the classiest places I have ever stayed. The room was extremely comfortable and the amenities were top notch. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the billiard room, complementary beer on-tap or game room as we arrived late but we did enjoy the well appointed continental breakfast.
What a georgeous facility inside and out. Full of history and beautifully decorated. Gracious and welcoming host. Nicely located on the Allegenhy River, and within walking distance of quaint downtown with many restaurants to choose from. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!
Gorgeous property, amenities, history, staff was super responsive. Only gripe were that the AC units (understood house was OLD and historic) were super loud, same group monopolized billiards room from 4:00-10:00 pm and a cat urinated on our car tires overnight.
Amazing property!! A mansion full of oak paneling, oak floors, oak everywhere!! A room just for the game of pool, soft music and lots of snacks. Self check in also. What an experience !! Close to downtown and places to eat!! Great place!!
This place was spectacular. The decor made you feel like you were living inside the movie Clue or maybe the house in Locke and Key. It was very clean, quiet, and just absolutely beautiful. We will be back next fall and we won’t bother looking to stay elsewhere. I would give our stay a 12 out of five stars.
This was a lovely old mansion that made you feel you were living in a bygone era.
The furnishings were exceptional and truly authentic.
Catherine welcomed us and made us feel at home She couldn't have been more helpful. If you enjoy luxury this is a place to visit. You wont be disappointed
Catherine was friendly and very helpful. She showed us around the house and gave us a bit of it's history. Gave some good recommendations for dinner and made herself available if we needed anything. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. The house itself is amazing. True to period and one of, if not the nicest that we've stayed in. The only thing we felt that was lacking was having a staff member available for breakfast. We understand that this is the trend since Covid, along with Continental style breakfasts, but we've always considered it part of the charm of a place like this. We did enjoy the pool table, dart board and craft beer on tap. Lovely place. We'll be back.
