"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "I liked the clear copies of the Hotel Hoppa for getting back to the airport. If I could improve one or two things: The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service. Also as a Marriott Hotel I don’t know why my membership number isn’t in your computer. At some places it is."
