"First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

"Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated."

"We stayed one night to visit the National Mall for July 4th. The hotel is conveniently located near Dulles. The silver line train station is a short walk away, making the trip to downtown D.C. very convenient and cost-effective at only $2.50 per passenger."
