Big 4 Figtree is a nice caravan park. Clean and well appointed. Location is very handy. The kitchenette in the cabin was very dated, the oven and cook top were barely usable. The shower was the worst shower I have come across. It appears to be a caravan shower installed in the cabin bathroom. Our stay was pleasant and the cabin was good Value for money. The cabins do require updating ..

Convenient location and easily walkable to town centre. I was disappointed that the shower did not match the photos. It was an old style shower with a shower curtain, it’s too small and difficult to shower when you are tall with long limbs. Hate it when shower curtains touch me. The pictures showed a modern shower with screen, no curtain. My choice of accommodation largely comes down to the bathroom and it sadly didn’t meet expectations.

We as a family enjoyed it. There was a couple of issues though the internet was terrible didn’t work at all. The pool was fantastic but suggest maybe put a gate to separate the swallow pool to the deep pool as I saw parents stopping the young kids who can’t swim running towards the deep pool. Also too suggest maybe put in more arcade games as there was big kids wouldn’t give a chance to the small kids to have a go to play so with one room that had the pool table would be fantastic to have a lot of arcade games. Also too suggestion maybe have more young kids toys the ones you had in the pool table room in the corner was a bit poor. Having the dumplings there was fantastic. Overall it was fantastic thankyou

The room we stayed was out dated but it looked clean enough but found a box of empty snack under the bed from previous stay also so many dishes, glasses and cups were dirty. Staff there were lovely and helpful. Swimming pool was little cold for me but kids loved it. You can play pool table for $1, I wish there were some chalks.
