"The pictures of the exterior of the building were not quite what it looked like in person. You can definitely tell there has been some time that has passed since taken. The room was clean but had an odor that may have been a stronger smelling cleaner to remove odors. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. The place to eat looked much larger in the pictures, but in person, much less space."

"There were no amenities other than 1 makeup remover package, no shower caps, qtips packages. Very minimal and we paid for a suite, not just a regular room. Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent."

"Air-conditioning and room did not work. Apparently it was repaired two days before? Was moved to a different room finally very late with two young children. Had to sleep on a cot/couch. Manager was extremely rude, and embarrassed my wife in front of a whole room full of people including our grandchildren in the morning and no compensation was given. This hotel is strategically located at the Ark Encounter and I would recommend avoiding it and travelling to have a better stay."

"Reserved 2 rooms . Keys didn't work reliably. Floor was wet across the both rooms, rooms smelled wet stale. Attempted to ask about the floors Front desk had me on hold for 45 minutes and was not at the desk. Room had no soap or shampoo. Could not check out and go to another room or hotel if I wanted. "The room was clean. The couch was too low for me to easily get up from. They did bring a chair that I could sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered little for gluten and dairy free. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was small and hard to move about in it. The bed was comfortable. "Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"
