I do not recommend staying here.
The apartment itself was acceptable, but cleanliness was below standard. There was dirt in the dishwasher and dust on parts of the floor.
We booked a Superior Apartment because we needed separate bedrooms. Instead, we were given a Studio. Apparently, the Superior Apartment was not available, but Go Apartments never informed us. They simply placed us in a smaller, cheaper room without explanation. To make matters worse, friends of ours also booked a Superior Apartment for the same dates, but couldn’t make jt in the last minute, so how could it be unavailable?
As an apology, they offered us “two breakfasts”, which turned out to be just one breakfast for two people – another misleading gesture.
They claim the front desk is available from 07:30 to 22:30, but that is not true. When we needed assistance, no one was there. The worst experience was on the last day: we agreed with the receptionist that they would store our luggage after check-out. However, no one was available. I called three times and received no answer.
Overall, poor communication, misleading promises, and lack of reliability made this stay very disappointing.
