Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue. "

"We booked a king size room and it was mossing 2 nightstands and a desk. You don’t realize how much you need them until you don’t have them. Also only had one chair to sit in. After a long drive - we just wanted to relax. The hotel itself was dated but clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good."
