A Fabulous place to stay.....

Excellent hosts, friendly & welcoming. The room was superb, spotlessly clean & fresh milk & bottled water was provided in a fridge, a welcome addition, other hotels please note! Lovely quiet setting in it's own grounds, if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this ticks all the boxes. We will be going back asap, so would highly recommend to anyone!

Austons Down was a gorgeous B&B. Lucy and her husband were very accommodating, they recommended some places for us to visit and made us feel welcome in their home. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious!

Highly recommend.

I had a very warm and comfortable night here. Plenty of wardrobe space and the iron and ironing board were a plus. Only tiny fault was that it would be good to descale the kettle.

They state they are a B&B and not a hotel. However, excellent place and setting better than most hotels I have been at. Owners are really welcoming and makes you settle in and relax.

One of the best B&Bs I have been to

My second stay at what is one of the best B&Bs I have been to. Very friendly owners, great location (if you like the peace and quiet of the countryside - but not too far from civilization), great room and bathroom (I had the 'superior' room). I hope to be back again and again.

Very Pleasent Stay @ Austons Down

It was a nice change to stay somewhere smaller with a more personal service as opposed to a large hotel that I'm typically more accustomed to. Service was great and breakfast was very nice... The property is stunning and is tucked away so nice and quiet! Room was well appointed although some of the fittings were not to my liking, but that's just opinion as others I'm sure other would think that were fine. Bathroom and shower was ace!

A real find

Set in acres of farm land Austons Down was a lovely B&B. Jacob sheep and horses roam the land and you are able to stroll around the grounds. Beautiful decor in the house and my room was large and had everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing.

A beautiful hotel run by lovely people in giorgeous surroundings. Simply can't fault it, everything was wonderful and I would highly recommend it. They even offer free wifi and superbly behaved dogs (the dogs being one of the best freebies I've experienced during a hotel stay).

Outstanding

I’m so glad I chose to stay at this delightful B&B whilst en route to Leamington Spa. The greeting was friendly and my room was spacious and clean and comfortable. I prefer quiet places and I got this in style. The bathroom was spacious with a good sized shower cubicle. Breakfast was great with the best poached eggs I think I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Well-organised country house B&B

Sumptuous ambiance, yet a laid-back atmosphere. Everything you could possibly need and a helpful owner. Very nice pub restaurant within a couple of minutes driving.

Good quality country B&B

Lovely country home in the country side. Off road parking on the large private drive way. I arrived in the evening and called ahead to let them know I was arriving late. Lovely house, spacious clean room and a comfortable bed. Good wifi signal in the room. Breakfast the following morning was tasty and generous with amazing homemade jam. I can thoroughly recommend this B&B and will return if in the area again in the future

Beautiful Room on Outskirts of Stratford-Upon-Avon

Room in a beautiful country home away from the busy Stratford-Upon-Avon. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean with twin beds and a gorgeous bathroom. The breakfast was amazing! I wish we could have spent more time there. We were there for one night.
