"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. They say the airport transfer is free but that only applies from hotel to the airport, not vice versa. But the fee was only $10, so still a deal. Drivers and people running...

The Expedia description says indoor pool The indoor pool is covered by plants to the very busy main road on an outside deck. The possibly swim up pool is a very large semi warm “hot tub”. "I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. "we only stayed one night, after arriving on a 11pm flight and did not want to travel home. firstly we found parking was secure and was plentiful. As we arrived late, guest services were very helpful and quick. "We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was mediocre. The prices are excessive for the quality. I didn’t eat much of my risotto. I was asked late in the meal how my food was and I stated was of low taste and quality. No attempt was made to engage with me at that point after I stated that. Again at payment I was asked the same question and the more senior staff gave me $10 off. My sense is given how little I ate they would waive the charge altogether.
