"Hotel was great other than getting downstairs for breakfast 30min before its done to cold or non existent items available so if your relying on the free breakfast to start your day get there earlier"

"We ended up asking for a refund and going elsewhere. We booked a room here because it was close to the hospital, which is really the only positive for the hotel. It does have what seemed to be a decent restaurant attached as well. The first room we went to had a broken window that was not possible to close and since it was going below zero that night it made the room unusable. We asked for another room and were moved but the second room was horribly dirty with massive visible red stains on the carpet. Large stains on all of the furniture and stains on the bedding. We just asked for a refund after that."

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "
