"I was traveling with my daughter and was in need of accommodations close to W&L. This charming motel was exactly what we needed, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get a chance to explore all that was offered. The motel staff was very helpful given our late arrival due to flight complications. I required assistance getting to the airport and found the front desk staff very helpful in facilitating a car service last minute."

"room clean king size bed my husband said it seem shorter he thought the headboard was on top of part of the bed which made the bed shorter"

"Clean and easy stay. I would stay again"

"For breakfast it appeared they were not staffed adequately. Often food ran out and guests had to wait."

"Weak breakfast"

"The room was fine for what it is—a convenient stay for a couple of nights with no expectation of anything fancy. The hairdryer didn’t work great and, awkwardly, the fridge, microwave, sink, toilet, and tub are all in the bathroom making it a challenge to do anything while it is in use for bathroom activity. "The mattress needs replaced. I think it is original from the 80s and hard as a rock. The sheets and blankets were too short. We could either cover our feet or our shoulders but not both. The tub was very slick. The help was superior!"

"The room was clean, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The walls must be paper thin, because we could hear people and conversations/music in neighboring rooms. Breakfast sucked!! The only protein was snack size yogurt. There were no eggs or any meat protein. The coffee was marginal. The morning staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly."

"We traveled to Lexington for VMI Family Weekend, and unfortunately, our hotel experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. However, later that evening, when I took a shower, I noticed that the hot water was barely warm. By the following morning, there was no hot water at all. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that they were working on it. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved during our entire stay. On our last day, I was told that...

"Parking close to room, affordable price"

"The hotel was useful for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very willing to work out our accommodations."
