"For me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again! "

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "Stay was great! WiFi was sometimes glitchy and the remote for bedroom needs new batteries. Other than that stuff property communication was great and so was the location. I’d recommend and stay again. "

"Wonderful location within walking distance of MANY destinations. Clean and cozy room to stay in, quiet and safe place to stay. We enjoyed the week, especially being able to easily walk to everything we needed within 20 minutes."

"Unit was very large with beautifully equipped kitchen. Bonus was it even had a dishwasher! Yard was partially fenced which was an added benefit if traveling with a pet. Only downside were the trains running in the middle of the night if you’re a light sleeper. Very clean and well maintained. Great value for the size and amenities. "

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so. "

"Excellent property that is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and has a very attentive host. While the location is great, be prepared for a bit of a trek uphill to get back to the room if walking from downtown. We grabbed an Uber to get home each day. "
