"Beautiful old manor house located near many restaurants and the beautiful Volunteer park. The host serves up a full hot breakfast and offers helpful suggestions of places to visit. Very charming property and close to many walking attractions and the light rail line."

"What an incredibly fun and wonderful place to stay for our family of five! The owners are so nice and friendly and staying in a train car is something we’ll all remember! Thank you for a delicious breakfast, as well!"

"What is the deal w the guy who lives upstairs in the room behind the curtains? I’m still trying to figure out whether he was sick or having routine respiratory issues. I was woken up both mornings around 7AM of my stay w him hacking and coughing. I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned. "Staff, food, and everything wonderful"

"This is a most unique and enjoyable b&b. The property is beautifully restored and maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners, Ken and Candi, are very much involved in the running of this delightful b&b and were instrumental in making my wife and my stay a weekend event and not just a place to stay for the night. Location is great in Ilwaco. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and is in a central location to take advantage of the entire Long Beach, Cape Disappointment area. ...
