"Customer service was nonexistent here. Housekeeping never showed up during our 4-day stay, and we even called the front desk to ask them to come. We had to ask for more towels and if our garbages could be emptied, and all they did was bring us garbage bags so we could do it ourselves.
This hotel has two buildings and our room was in the detached one, on the east side of the property. It's a very long building and the ratio of parking spots to rooms on that side were nowhere near enough. We had to park on the opposite side and walk clear around to get to our room.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. No fruit in sight and the exact same things every morning. The only options for protein were sausage patties and "egg" patties, presumably for breakfast sandwiches, but there was only one toaster for the English muffins or toast. It could hold 4 slices of something but one of the sides didn't work properly, so if you wanted to use it, you had to hold the lever down the entire time, otherwise it would pop back up. During a week when there was probably no vacancy due to spring break, that made it extra crowded and an even longer wait just to use the toaster. We never bothered with the waffle makers because that line was even more ridiculous.
This was our third or fourth stay here because it's been tolerable and budget-friendly in the past. I don't know if it's under new management and that’s why everything has gotten crappier, but we won't be staying here again."
