"Thermostat didn't work, so room.was freezing, or have a cover. Laminate flooring peeling up in room with large gaps. Worst hotel condition I ever stayed in."

"Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience. We checked into our room at 7:28 pm and checked out at 7:31 pm. We discovered that there was black mold on the ceiling and traveling down the wall in the bathroom just above the toilet area. It was not something that could be repaired in a few minutes. The lobby staff was unable to accommodate us due to fact that the hotel was booked as well as other area hotels. I'm not sure the desk staff was equipped to handle the situation...

"Was given a smoking room after booking a NONSMOKING room. Lady at front desk asked me “smoking or nonsmoking” and when I said “nonsmoking” she said “I wasn’t giving you the option. We’re all booked you get what you get” and when I asked why I wasn’t being given what I booked she just stared at me. Shower didn’t get hot at all. Not even a little bit warm. There were at least 14 big box trucks parked outside at all times making parking a nightmare in an already small area. Could definitely tell...

"The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Only sugary cereals, waffles, and toast. Good luck if you want something healthy. The room, on the other hand was great: both comfortable and clean."

"For the price, I shouldnt complain much, but it was not a comfortable stay. The room had a scent and I didnt feel comfortable with the chipped paint, rust, and overall dingy set up. The room had not trashcan either. I did sleep and wake up safely, so we thank God for that. Staff was acommodating to my later check in as well"
