"This place was really lovely: I enjoyed the amenities, the clean room, and the breakfast, which had a delightful variety of options. The only thing I wish had been available was an ATM. When I asked the front desk about it, they kindly informed me that there isn't an ATM on the premises."

"Hotel was great and I am a picky person when it comes to hotels! Only thing I would warn people about is that it’s right next to New Jersey turnpike, so the rooms on that end of the hotel wouldn’t be good for a light sleeper due to the trucks driving by. They did provide ear plugs in the hotel room though."

"We had to move to another room the second night, as the toilet was not functioning when we moved in. The staff was great, but didn’t have a comparable room for us until the next day. Staff was great!"

"everything closes too early, the restaurant, Breakfast should be available to guests at least after 11 am, check out time. the pool also closes too early, it's difficult to get food delivered. the rooms are okay, could use a little updating. The coffee maker in the room is old they need to make sure the instant creamer is fresh the one I opened was like a brick. The AC works really good!"

"Horrible customer service from a so called FD Supervisor. Pool was always dirty. The FD supervisor was so disrespectful and disgusting to the point where I will complain to Hyatt and Pritzker. This lady should not be held a position in customer service. Kept me and my kids for almost 30 min past 3PM telling me 3PM is the start of check in doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. Who the heck trained you to be an agent. Came back to us saying I was coming to tell you that I got a room for you but kept...

"The stay was okay. The showerhead was filled with mold, it appears as if he had not been touched in a while. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very limited and not many options available. The presentation of the breakfast was very poor. The hallway smelled musty. Overall, stay was OK for the price."

"We loved the Nassau Inn and would definitely go back! Super walkable to restaurants, the campus, and an amazing plus in summer - the community pool! Their staff is excellent. One woman called ahead and tracked down the paperwork required for us to go to pool (Nassau Inn has an agreement with them, otherwise only open to residents) on the 4th. Such a relief on a 100 degree day with small kids!"

"Checked in late, staff were lovely and very helpful. Property is on the older side, but convenient to the airport. Bed comfortable, room clean. Photos are accurate. Unfortunately the air conditioner was extremely loud, as was the fridge - making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, as expected."
