"Check-in was a little troublesome. I originally booked my stay via Expedia, which proved difficult for the check-in clerk to find. This took several long minutes to resolve. An Expedia driven reservation should not have presented any issues."

"The only thing I really enjoyed was the free cookies, I received upon checking in into the hotel. My overall experience was ok, but the staff at the front desk was not so great and completely ignored me and went on to assist another customer, when I was trying to check out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very effective use of space to stay for family with two adults and two teenage children close to Dulles airport. Breakfast was available; restaurants nearby by car. Nb stairs only if you have an apartment on second floor (not an accessibility problem for us but travelling with a number of suitcases just to be prepared.)"

"The front of the hotel had yellow tape around the whole, plus we had to pay $10.00 a night for parking on the premises. There was no security parking not sure why it was $10.00. I stay a Homewood Suite in different states and never paid for parking."
