"Love the staff! Front desk, concierge, restaurant - all of them friendly & professional. One of the bellmen gave us a history tour about the Nixon era, we were even lucky enough to see the room where the break in was done! The room was remodeled with furniture from the 70’s, so authentic! It’s only a short walk along the river front to the George Town area where there are many good restaurants."

"The room was decent but the toilet was broke, the drawer on the night stand would not stay shut, while napping the door was opened by a man who did not knock first just used a master key to open the door , totally unacceptable. Restaurant was good and the security and parking was good"

"The canal had no water and we were disappointed because this was the reason we booked the hotel. It wasn’t what we expected but we ended up enjoying ourselves with the hotel being right in the midst of Georgetown. It was clean and tidy and very historic. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda slanted due to its age but we got used to it!"
