"Very clean comfortable rooms. However we arrived late and when we went into our room there were people sleeping in our room. Pool was closed for maintenance as well. We also weren't able to get free shuttle because their driver called off. I feel like we should have received a free ride/discount for the inconvenience on the room debacle and shuttle."

"The layout of all the doors facing into a hallway open to the central courtyard was a bit of a twist on the normal hotel experience. Reminded me of a squat version of Peachtree from Dredd.
The only faults I had was that the water pressure in my shower was anemic, and the bathroom overall was kind of old-age grungy. It was clean, don't get me wrong, but just the badly done repair jobs didn't really sell the brand well."
