The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. "very close to downtown, but still tucked away and easy to get in and out. really impressive gym, lots of equipment & kept clean. Close to EVERYTHING! shopping just minutes away and many different places to grab a bite to eat. Everything felt modern & very clean! "

"This hotel was under major remodeling efforts. Expedia mentioned nothing concerning this. Construction materials everywhere. Doors to the rooms are very loud, can hear opening and closing all the way down the hall as if they were being slammed all night. I booked 2 nights but did not return for the 2nd nite, went to a better hotel instead."
