"The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again."

"Staff was great and food was good. Only issue was staff not letting us know when our food was delivered and the water pressure was non-existent. Took 20 minutes for hot water."

"Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost."
