As soon upon my arrival, I received my keys and the person at the front desk wanted me to pay an extra $100 for a smoke fee. Since I don’t smoke she gave me my room keys. On the next day after our stay. We were with my sick mother. Which required working with her to eat get exercise. Upon returning to the room it wasn’t serviced After commuting with the supervisor the service slowly got better. Although, when it didn’t get serviced. One particular service persons attitude was to back mouth under her breath but loud enough for me to hear her and my wife to hear on two separate occasions strange body language and talking negatively under their voices on each request made. We contacted Expedia and filed a complaint. After several days comfort inn did not grand our request to refund findings another hotel.
