Laundry room was filthy, to go food everywhere. No quarter machine, sign said to go to front desk but they never had any. Told to go to the arcade in the mall but they were closed. Booked this hotel mainly because it has an indoor pool. The hotel rents out the pool to some swimming class several hours a week on different days. Nowhere is that stated on Expedia or their hotel website. If I’m booking a hotel I should have access to all amenities or be informed on the closure. Arrived a few hours early and asked if we can pay to check in early. The morning front desk agent said yes but it will be another hour before I can get into the room. He gave us breakfast passes and we went to eat. When we came back about 45 min later he was gone for the day and the new front desk employee said she would get us to a room shortly. 5 hours later we still don’t have a room. The lady left for break and the manager came over to us and asked if we needed anything. I told him a room we were told we would get 5 hours ago and he said no problem. He didn’t know why they didn’t check us in but said he would figure it out. Never heard from him the rest of the 3 day stay. Last day at 9:15 am, and hour and 45 min before checkout a person opened the door while knocking to clean the room. She walked in on my 16 year old son changing in the room. I love Hilton properties, but the need to pull their name off this location.
