Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, some of my friends ended up with smaller rooms. Even so, I really enjoyed my stay, and the room we had was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that on the last day, the elevator was not working. Although I was staying on the second floor, I had quite a few things to carry downstairs, so it was a little difficult. I can’t imagine how challenging it must have been for my friends who were staying on higher floors. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and felt fortunate to have gotten such a nice room. I would definitely stay at the same hotel again, and if I returned to Virginia, I would try to stay on the same floor.

We stayed 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. The room was never cleaned by the staff on Saturday. There was only ONE elevator working. Ran into someone on our last day who stated that they had been there since Wednesday with only one elevator. The front desk Staff was very helpful. The hotel is off of Route 50 and a little difficult to get into. There was plenty of parking. The TV service was great and bathroom nice for Seniors.

Liked: Room was clean Location of hotel near family Bottled water Noon checkout Disliked: Breakfast- heavily processed foods, eggs and sausage tastes like rubber. It would go a long way if HI would use real eggs and sausage. Their breakfasts have and will again drive us to other hotels. Front Desk - I asked for 3 bottles of water. Staff member told me I could only have 2. Really! Pillows - stayed in a room with king bed. Pillows were twins and flat as a pancake. A simple amenity. Use king pillows for king bedrooms and different types of pillows (fluffy too) Only one working elevator - we were on top/8th floor.

Breakfast choice was adequate but may get old after the second or third day. Otherwise, tasty selections. Adequate dining choices nearby within a 10 min drive. They should offer shuttle service to the local Metro station as the parking situation there was problematic...lots of construction and cramped parking spaces. It's less than a 10 minute drive though. It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights.

Easy check in and out, clean rooms, but a bit loud outside the room and some minor cosmetic damage to the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but very convenient. I wish the pool was open earlier than 1 pm because we had to check out before then.
