I really enjoyed the hotels lobby, restaurant, & atmosphere. Our server at the restaurant went above & beyond for us & was SO KIND! I can’t remember his name right now, but I think it started with a T & he was tall with dark hair. He was GREAT! When I went to pay, I was charged over $100 more than my reservation said (& it already included taxes & all.) & they would not allow me to use my Hilton Honors membership & when I tried to ask why, I was met with no reason for the extra fee & robot like auto responses from a human being. I didn’t want to cause problems, so I just let it go, but I didn’t think that was right to not allow someone to use their hotel’s rewards program during their stay, but things happen. Also, two of the three elevators they had located in the lobby weren’t working properly & it was causing problems for guests staying on the specific floor the elevators would not stop at (but you can’t predict when/if things are going to malfunction, so I don’t want to put blame on the hotel or it’s staff for that.), plus having to pay $45 per person for breakfast & $47 per day for parking in the hotel’s parking garage while already paying (or in my case, overpaying) to stay there seemed a bit excessive in my opinion. Overall the hotel & room were clean & neat. The staff was kind. The location was ideal for the plans I had during my stay & it was extremely simple to get Lyft drivers to pick us up/drop us off at the location of the hotel. I would stay here again.
